Tom Dujardin
Director
Tom Dujardin is the owner of DeDuCo. He is a driven person constantly in search of innovation and improvement. He continuously strives for innovation to offer his customers the absolute best. Tom is a good sport and enjoys it to the fullest.
Christian Beele
Director
Christian Beele was the first-ever client of DeDuCo! He was there from the very beginning, so he couldn’t refrain from working with Tom. Christian is extremely fascinated and passionate about CRM and everything that goes with it. Within the company he is in charge of:
- Everything HR matters
- The financial aspects
- Providing trainings to the customers
- Visiting and hosting demo presentations for prospects
Christian takes relaxation by exploring the world and by immersing himself in the latest books.
Françies Hellin
Senior Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Françies has a quite varied job. On a daily basis he is in contact with Sales Managers and representatives for both audit meetings and trainings. In addition, Françies also takes care of the necessary installations of our software.
Several days a week he is at the office to configure the software to the wishes of the customer. Françies also writes functional analyses and transmits them to our software specialists.
Kris Vanderstraeten
Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager Kris is responsible for several SALESforce+ projects from the conclusion of the contract up to and including the implementation and delivery of the solution. He is closely involved in translating the customer’s expectations into the project plan. In case of adaptation requests of the client, Kris will make sure that the right solution is found. Under his responsibility, Kris has several large and small projects. He tries to achieve a good outcome in a structured way and with a strict focus. What Kris attaches the greatest importance to is ’communication’, both with the internal parties and with the client.
Kris Daels
IT Manager
Kris is the IT Manager of DeDuCo. He is responsible for the entire IT and communication infrastructure of the company. He provides support to the project teams and the customers in respect of the hardware and operating systems of the computers on which the software is used. Under his responsibility, Kris also has the programming of the application components related to communication between different systems.
David Lefevre
Project Manager
David has been working at DeDuCo since 2010. He is always on the go to fulfil the wishes of the customers within our software. Reporting is one of his tasks. These are both Excel reports and screens within our package. He is also responsible for the exchange of data. This involves customer and product data or sending orders and turnover data.
Stéphanie Deleu
Technical Team
Stéphanie is part of the Technical Team with project leaders Kris and Sharon.
Together with her colleagues, she develops the application taking into account the wishes of the customers.
She also ensures that the maintenance and adjustments of the interfaces are up to spec.
In case of specific questions and/or problems concerning the application, Stéphanie also provides support to the end-users.
Twinky Degels
Technical Team
Twinky is part of the technical team where she is responsible for the migrations to the new SFNET package.
In addition, she is in charge of the development of the reports within the package. The development and follow-up of specific questions for the customers belong also under her responsibility. Twinky offers second line support as well.
Sharon Van Belle
Project Manager
As project leader, Sharon is the primary point of contact for (new) functionalities for the customers within her portfolio.
She then translates these requirements into a technical concept that is subsequently carried out by the technical team.
Because of her background as a programmer, she can’t refrain from helping to develop often.
In addition, she also thinks along with the analyses for additional functionalities in the standard software.
Jonathan Kerkhof
Support Coordinator
Jonathan is part of the support team.
In general, he ensures that the support runs smoothly.
One of his talents is translating professional jargon into normal people language.
With a smooth pen, he aspires to make life easier for both the technical teams and that of the customers.
Michèle De Leersnyder
Accounting - Commercial Assistant
Michèle can best be described as "the voice of DeDuCo". She has a variety of tasks, you can describe her as a multi-talented person. Under her responsibility, Michèle is in charge of accounting, invoicing, receiving customers, back-up sales, ... Michèle is also involved in providing training to customers on the ins and outs of our SALESforce+ software.
Henna Diwan Ali
Sales & Marketing Support
As Sales & Marketing Support Henna played a significant role in setting up this website. In addition, prospecting is one of her most important tasks. Designing manuals for new customers, preparing presentations, creating leaflets, visiting trade fairs, ... are also among her tasks. Henna also manages the internal customer base and maintains it up-to-date. In this way, correct information can be retrieved at any time.
Liliane Deschamps
Floor Manager
Liliane has been working at DeDuCo for 10 years and is responsible for the maintenance of the building.
She is in charge of all kinds of activities and makes sure that everyone can start the day refreshed with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. She loves doing her job and takes care of the well-being of everyone.
Catherine Schouteten
Analyst Programmer
Catherine is an Analyst of our software program SALESforce+. She analyses and performs final tests of the SF+ applications before they are allowed to enter production.
In addition, Catherine also takes care of setting and developing corporate standards. She is also responsible for the development of the new SF+ applications and other standards.
Dimitri Decoene
Analyst Programmer
Dimitri is .NET back-end developer for the SALESforce+ program. The back-end is the layer between the user interface and the underlying database.
His core tasks are to implement the business logic and to monitor the performance of the application.
Bruno Verhaeghe
Analyst Programmer
Bruno is responsible for the analysis and development of the new SALESforce+ version.
The desired functionalities for new modules are translated into technical analyses.
After the analysis, the tasks to be performed are divided into front-end (user interface) and back-end (business rules) development.
And Bruno is mainly involved in front-end development. He also works on an online SALESforce+ environment and other standard tools such as emailing, reporting, 3rd party interfaces, ...
Birger De Kock
Analyst Programmer
Birger is partly responsible for the analysis and also for the programming of the .NET version of SALESforce+. He mainly helps with the design of the Graphical User Interface screens and the development of the logic that is performed behind these screens. Birger also works on programming and setting up some standard tools: FTP interfaces, XML interfaces, E-Mail gateways and automated interface monitoring (CheckMate).
Lyvain Lefever
Junior Analyst Programmer
Lyvain is a Junior Developer with a specialization in artificial intelligence. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of Machine and Deep Learning, he is also very well acquainted with Augmented Reality. He closely follows the latest technologies in order to implement these in daily life. He is eager to learn and a driven person.
Els Knockaert
Junior Developer
Els is Junior Developer and member of the Technical Team. Together with her team, she maintains SALESforce+. Whenever the client has a question, she gladly develops a solution. She‘s happy to support her colleagues with the development of reports, Qlik, ftp and the interfaces. Additionally, she also acts as second-line support. She’s an enthusiastic and passionate colleague who is always looking for new knowledge.
Kelsey Detremmerie
Junior JavaScript Developer
Kelsey is a Junior JavaScript Developer who joins our Development Team.
Together with her colleagues, she will manage the development of the DeDuCo CRM App.
Her main focus will be writing the JavaScript functionalities.
Tuur Vandecauter
R&D Engineer
Tuur Vandecauter is R&D Engineer and works on the research, development and industrialisation of ShelfiePro products. He is creative and motivated to develop new ideas and projects. Tuur has always been fascinated by robots and electronics and is therefore driven to collaborate on our Robot ShelfiePro. In his spare time, he is also working on a variety of projects.
Elliott Van Neste
Junior Developer
Elliott is a unity developer and will participate in the development of our new innovative products. With a background as a game developer, he also has the knowledge and skills around 3D applications, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality and is eager to learn about these and keep up with new technologies.
Jarno Deknudt
Junior Industrial Designer
Jarno is a Junior Industrial Designer and contributes to the development and elaboration of our innovative products. Because of his creative as well as technical background, he is driven to find solutions for all sorts of challenges. As a designer, he combines skills such as prototyping, CAD modelling and different test methods, with a focus on the user, production and sustainability, throughout the design process.
Emiel Feryn
Junior Software Developer AI
Emiel is a junior developer with expertise in AI. With a focus on Computer Vision, he is currently working on several projects. Moreover, he is actively implementing these AI solutions in a broader context.
Ignace Opsommer
Operations Director
Ignace Opsommer is the Operations Director at DeDuCo. He manages operations for the project and product teams for SALESforce+ CRM and the ShelfiePro Robot. Enthusiastic positivity and handson drive are important and motivating for a good team spirit. Ignace has extensive experience in IT management, SAP implementations and business process improvement. Recently, he has also delved into the wonderful AI world with machine/deep/reinforcement learning.
